Deutsche Private Equity to invest in BE-Terna

Deutsche Private Equity, an independent German investment company focused on SMEs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, agreed to invest in BE-Terna, a full-service provider of enterprise resource planning systems in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The BE-terna Group is excellently positioned in the market to create genuine value-added for its customers as a full-service provider. We will promote the company’s further development through support with strategy and on the basis of a partnership,” Dr. Frank Müller, DPE Partner.
