Frazier Healthcare Partners acquired Parata Systems.

TCGRx, a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners completed the acquisition of Parata Systems, a provider of pharmacy technology solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TCGRx’s merger with Parata provides a major growth opportunity for both our businesses through extended solution and service offerings for our customers.
