Authority Brands acquired Mosquito Squad.

Authority Brands, a portfolio company of Apax Partners, acquired Mosquito Squad, a leading outdoor pest control franchisor with over 250 franchisees in the U.S., Kenya, Indonesia and Puerto Rico. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "We've been following the success of Mosquito Squad for many years.
