Ferrovial sold its stakes in Nea Odos and Odos Kentrekis to GEK Terna.

Ferrovial, a Spanish multinational company involved in the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure and urban services, sold its stakes in Nea Odos and Odos Kentrekis, two Greek road construction firms, to GEK Terna, one of Greece’s largest construction companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
