Albioma, the leader in the solar power market in Overseas France, acquired Eneco France, which builds and operates photovoltaic power plants on rooftops and agricultural buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed. Frédéric Moyne, Albioma's Chief Executive Officer, notes: "Eneco France and Albioma are recognised players in solar power development, playing an active role in the energy transition to which France has committed.
