Lyreco acquired IEV Group from Broadview.

Lyreco, which ranks among the first worldwide distributors of workplace supplies solutions to businesses, acquired IEV Group, a leading group supplying and manufacturing personal protective equipment, from Broadview, an industrial holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lyreco CEO Hervé Milcent commented: “Combining Intersafe and Elacin (portfolio companies of IEV) expertise with our excellence in logistics and sales operations will cement our ambition to become a European leader in PPE”
