Hg to invest £22m in Combell.

HgCapital, a private equity firm targeting middle-market buyouts primarily in Europe, invested £22m in Combell, a provider of mass hosting services for small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe. "We have been very impressed with what the team at Combell has built over the past 19 years in the Benelux and the Nordics.
