Carbon Energy completed the acquisition of Carbon Appalachian Company from Old Ironsides Energy for $58m.

Carbon Energy, an independent oil and gas company, completed the acquisition of Carbon Appalachian Company, an oil and gas company, from Old Ironsides Energy for $58m. Following the close of the transaction, Carbon’s Appalachian assets will be comprised of approximately 63k mcfe of net daily production, approximately 4.7k miles of natural gas pipelines and approximately 1.6m net acres of leasehold.
