Stabilus acquired General Aerospace.

Stabilus, one of the world's leading suppliers of gas springs, damping solutions and electromechanical drives for motion control, acquired General Aerospace, which designs, manufactures, and markets motion control solutions for aviation purposes. Financial terms were not disclosed.
