DBAG-backed netzkontor completed the acquisition of BFE Nachrichtentechnik.

DBAG-backed netzkontor, which offers services relating to the planning and supervision of fibre-optic network construction, completed the acquisition of BFE Nachrichtentechnik, a telecommunications contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. netzkontor is one of five DBAG investments in the broadband communications sector. In January 2018, the DBAG ECF fund, advised by DBAG, purchased the majority of shares in the company from its founders. As a co-investor to DBAG ECF, DBAG holds a stake in netzkontor of approximately 34%.
