Plaid acquired fintech specialist Quovo for $200m.

Plaid, an American fintech company, acquired its peer, fintech specialist Quovo. The deal value is rumoured to be around $200m. "In acquiring Quovo, we are extending our capabilities to a wider class of assets. Our goal is to make money easier for everyone, and doing so requires that we consider consumers’ financial lives holistically. We’re excited to work with the Quovo team to enable this." said Plaid in a blog post.
