Transom Capital acquired SemiTorr Group, a leading distributor for high purity gas and fluid handling systems and components supporting the microelectronics, sanitary and industrial markets, from Riverlake Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SemiTorr provides a unique value proposition to its suppliers and customers and has a best-in-class management team.
