Resolute Investment Managers, a diversified, multi-affiliate asset management platform with more than 40 affiliated and independent investment manager partnerships, acquired a majority stake in SSI Investment Management, an institutional asset manager specializing in risk-mitigation strategies for institutional and high net-worth investors.
