ArcLight Capital-backed Enstor completed the acquisition of the East Cheyenne natural gas storage facility from Midstream Energy.

ArcLight Capital-backed Enstor, a natural gas storage operator, completed the acquisition of the East Cheyenne natural gas storage facility from Midstream Energy, a natural gas liquids focused business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of East Cheyenne, the pending acquisition of Sempra’s gas storage facilities, and our existing Enstor platform will create the largest independent natural gas storage operator in the United States,” Dan Revers, ArcLight Managing Partner and Founder.
