CM Group, a family of global marketing technology brands, completed the acquisition of Sailthru and Liveclicker, providers of real-time email personalization solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sailthru's rapid growth is a testament to the fact that enterprise organizations are ready to move past the legacy marketing clouds.
