Private Equity firm Insight Venture Capital and CPPIB completed an investment of $500m in Veeam Software, an information technology company that develops backup, disaster recovery, and intelligent data management software. “Veeam has unparalleled leadership in terms of technology, vision and go-to-market strategies, which we believe will only further extend its No.1 market position.
