Disposal of Blueair's in-cabin air purification business.

Disposal of Blueair's in-cabin air purification business to the existing management team and third party investors. Financial terms were not disclosed. The target business currently provides air purification products for integration within cars and has relationships in place with leading global car manufacturers, including Volvo. Blueair designs and manufactures a broad range of premium air purification products and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unilever.
