Warburg Pincus completed an investment in Online Mobile Service, also known as Momo, a Vietnam-based provider of mobile payment solutions. Warburg Pincus joint Momo's existing shareholders: Standarch Chartered and Goldman Sachs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
