Gryphon Investors acquired RoC Skincare, the skincare business of Johnson & Johnson, an American multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Matt Farron, Principal at Gryphon, said, “RoC has a rich history of skincare solutions innovation stemming from its French pharmacy roots.
