Graphite Capital-backed Beck & Pollitzer completed the acquisition of Montagen Plus.

Private equity firm Graphite Capital-backed Beck & Pollitzer, an industrial equipment supplier completed the acquisition of Montagen Plus, a provider of machinery installation and relocation services.
