Bauer Media Group completed the acquisition of Celador Radio and Lincs FM Group.

Bauer Media Group, a German multimedia conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Celador Radio and Lincs FM Group, two UK-based radio broadcasters. Financial terms were not disclosed.
