NTT Data's tender offer for Netyear Group.

NTT DATA, a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, commenced a tender offer to acquire common stock of Netyear Group Corporation on February 5, 2019 and was completed on March 6, 2019. NTT Data purchased 3.4m of shares resulting in 48.52% stake for JPY850 per share. Total deal value was $25.8m.
