Hilton Foods completed acquisition of HFR Food Solutions for $17m.

Hilton Foods, a provider of food packing, completed the acquisition of HFR Food Solutions, a manufacturer of sous-vide products for retail, wholesale and foodservice outlets in the UK, for $17m. “This acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for Hilton to broaden its offering in a fastgrowing segment of the market and meet our customers’ demands for Hilton to supply them with a range of innovative, high-quality sous vide products,” Robert Watson, Hilton Executive Chairman.
