EQT completed the acquisition of Kodiak Gas Services.

The EQT Infrastructure III completed the acquisition of Kodiak Gas Services, a provider of necessary compression equipment for the extraction of oil and transportation of natural gas in the United States, from The Stephens Group, a private investment firm.
