Investment companies Alliance Entreprendre, Siparex and Galia Gestion completed the investment in Ouvêo Group, a manufacturer of window and roller shutters for renovation professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed. The management of the Ouvêo Group—which has successfully capitalized on synergies between the various companies and increased the Group’s revenue to more than €50m for 2018—is now ready to pursue development through organic and external growth by expanding its territorial network and expanding the company’s product range.
