DK Group acquired a 75% stake in GE Doors Manufacturing.

DK Group, a family owned industrial business, acquired a 75% stake in GE Doors Manufacturing, a leading player in the manufacture of commercial doorsets. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kevin Higginson, CEO of DK Group Investments said: “I am thrilled to welcome Gary, Jason and the entire GE Doors team to the DK Group and its family of businesses.
