Compass Group completed the acquisition of Restauration Collective Casino from Casino Groupe.

Compass Group, a provider of catering and support services to a wide range of institutional, entertainment, military and production facilities worldwide, completed its acquisition of Restauration Collective Casino, a provider of specialty catering services, from Casino Groupe, a major food retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, the Casino group is continuing, in accordance with its strategic priorities, the actions already initiated aimed at significantly improving its profitability and strengthening its financial profile.
