Skyknight and Clearlake-backed symplr completed the acquisition of API Healthcare from Veritas Capital.

Skyknight and Clearlake-backed symplr, a healthcare governance, risk and compliance software-as-a-service platform, completed the acquisition of API Healthcare, a provider of healthcare human capital management software solutions, from Veritas Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
