SFS Group and Agora completed the acquisition of EuroZet from Czech Media Invest for $85.5m.

SFS Group and Agora, a publisher of newspapers and magazines, completed the acquisition of EuroZet, a producer and broadcaster of radio programs, from Czech Media Invest for $85.5m. SFS Group acquires 60% of the share capital of Polish radio company EuroZet, the remaining 40% holds Agora as a passive minority investor with an option to buy-out SFS Group in the future.
