Platinum Equity completed the acquisition of Livingston International from Sterling Partners and CPPIB.

Platinum Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Livingston International, an international trade-services firm, from private equity firms Sterling Partners and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Livingston has served as a critical partner to businesses around the world as they react and adapt to changes in the global trade environment.
