Fountain of Health to acquire Garden Fresh Gourmet from Campbell Soup.

Fountain of Health, a company in the North American dips industry, selling a wide range of products, agreed to acquire Garden Fresh Gourmet, a part of the Campbell Fresh division, from Campbell Soup, which manufactures and markets branded convenience food products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
