Comdata Group acquired PayCare from Nexi Group.

Comdata Group, the leading innovative global solution provider in Customer Operations, acquired PayCare from Nexi Group, the leader provider in payment solutions to support banking, insurance and financial institutions. PayCare provides frontline services to support credit card transactions for financial institutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
