ManTech International Corporation acquired Kforce Government Solutions for $115m.

ManTech International Corporation, which provides mission-focused technology solutions and services for U.S. defense, intelligence community and federal civilian agencies, acquired Kforce Government Solutions, formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kforce and a provider of management and technology solutions to the Federal Government and State and local agencies, for $115m. “This acquisition is consistent with ManTech’s targeted federal civilian expansion strategy.
