Liberty Hall Capital completed the acquisition of Onboard Systems.

Liberty Hall Capital, a private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in businesses serving the global aerospace and defense industry, completed the acquisition of Onboard Systems, the global provider of external cargo handling equipment for civil and military helicopters. Financial terms were not disclosed.
