Olympus Partners-backed Liquibox completed the acquisition of plastics division of DS Smith for $585m.

Liquibox, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, completed the acquisition of the plastics division of DS Smith, a leading British-based international packaging business, for $585m. “We're excited to complete this transformational acquisition and welcome the DS Smith Plastics employees to our team.
