Providence Equity Partners completed the acquisition of OpusCapita Solutions from Posti Group.

Providence Equity Partners completed the acquisition of OpusCapita Solutions, a provider of digital solutions and transaction processing for source-to-pay, cash management, and product information management, from Posti Group, a postal and logistics service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
