Smith & Nephew, a global medical technology firm, completed the acquisition of Branlab's Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction business, which provides surgeons with digital workflow tools, from pre-operative planning to intraoperative navigation to post-operative evaluation and sharing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership with Brainlab is a critical driver of our digital surgery and robotic ecosystem.
