Private equity firm Livingbridge invested in marketing agency Brainlabs, which provides a single solution marketing model bringing together technology, biddable agency services and consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment from Livingbridge will support Brainlabs’ acquisitive growth strategy, building a pipeline of merger targets with expertise in SEO, content, production, data, and email to complement its performance marketing capability.
