Atlassian, an Australian enterprise software company, acquired AgileCraft, an agile-management software platform, for $165m. With the AgileCraft acquisition, said Cameron Deatsch, VP of Product at Atlassian, Atlassian will be able to offer not only technology at scale but also more business value.
