BW Group launched a $116m tender offer for Epic Gas.

BW Group, a global maritime group involved in shipping, floating gas infrastructure and deepwater oil & gas production, launched a $116m tender offer for Epic Gas, which owns and operates a fleet of 39 modern and high quality fully pressurised gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas. Andreas Sohmen-Pao, Chairman of BW Group says, “BW Group is pleased to acquire this shareholding in Epic Gas with its strong operational platform and quality fleet.
