VINCI Energies completed the acquisition of Kadenza.

VINCI Energies, the VINCI subsidiary specializing in energy, and information and communication technology, completed the acquisition of Kadenza, a smart data specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Organizations have more and more data available to analyze, as well as within the organization as from external data sources. They have the ambition to be data-driven but often do not know how to approach it. Solid, reliable and flexible data platforms and architectures are of foremost importance.
