Investment funds managed by TDR Capital, a UK based private equity investor, completed the acquisition of NKD Group, a 'value retailers' and local suppliers to the textiles retail trade in Central Europe, from OpCapita. The transaction is subject to the customary antitrust approval. "We would like to thank the OpCapita team for their invaluable support and guidance.
