Maus Frères completed the acquisition of The Kooples from LBO France and the Elicha family for $205m.

Maus Frères, the owner of the French luxury sportswear brands Lacoste and Aigle, completed the acquisition of The Kooples, a French manufacturer of fashion apparel and accessories, from Elicha Family and LBO France for $205m. "This acquisition, carried out in a friendly amicable framework, illustrates our strategic direction: developing and acquiring premium luxury brands accessible," Thierry Guibert, Maus Frères International the director of Lacoste and CEO.
