GenNx360 Capital Partners acquired Miller Environmental Group.

Capital markets firm GenNx360 Capital Partners acquired Miller Environmental Group, the premier provider of reliable environmental solutions and industrial services to the Gulf Coast. Financial terms were not disclosed. Matt Guenther, the GenNx360 Managing Partner who led the transaction said, "We are pleased to make this investment in MEG.
