Ares Management completed the acquisition of CoolSys, a parent of market-leading refrigeration and HVAC companies nationwide. Financial terms were not disclosed. CoolSys will continue to operate under its current executive team, which will collectively maintain a significant equity investment in the company. “CoolSys is the recognized leader in the fragmented refrigeration & HVAC services market.
