PartGroup completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Altor Industrie.

PartGroup, a construction company, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Altor Industrie, a manufacturer of prefabricated bathrooms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition we are investing further in the future and expanding our leadership in industrial construction. We believe that we are two company groups that compliment each other very well. Geographically, we are in different markets; PartGroup in Northern Europe and Altor Industries strong in France and the UK as well as many deliveries to cruise ships worldwide," Anton Lundholm, PartGroup CEO.
