HAWE Hydraulik, a manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems, completed the acquisition of the automation technology division of HOERBIGER, a manufacturer of explosion relief valves. Financial terms were not disclosed. This step offers HAWE an ideal addition to its existing product portfolio and thus an expansion of its position as a solution provider.
