NORD Holding acquired a majority stake Zentrum Gesundheit, a German group of ophthalmic surgery and diagnostic centres. Financial terms were not disclosed. The team of medical practitioners led by Dr Claudia Lanzrath, Dr Andreas Knecht and Dieter Hagedorn will stay in their roles and remain invested in the company. This lays the foundations for further growth and best patient care with consistently high-quality standards. “The high level of medical expertise in conjunction with close proximity to patients and the professionally developed structures of Zentrum Gesundheit impressed us right away.
