HTHKHL to acquire a 24.1% stake in Hutchison Telephone for $60m.

Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings, a telecommunication operator in Hong Kong, agreed to acquire a 24.1% stake in Hutchison Telephone, a mobile network operator in Hong Kong and Macau, from NTT DOCOMO, Japan's mobile operator, for $60m. HTHKL will become the whole owner of Hutchison Telephone.
