Atwater Capital and KKR to acquire i&u TV.

KKR, Fred Kogel, and Atwater Capital, a private equity firm specialized in media and entertainment sector, completed the acquisition of i&u TV, German television production company from Günther Jauch. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With i&u, a first-class production company and a great team are joining our media company.
